14. William (fishing Bill)³ BARRETT (Andrew², David¹) was born 1837.

He married Cecelia ARROWOOD. Cecelia was born February 7, 1835. Cecelia was the daughter of Nathaniel "Big Nate" ARROWOOD and Sarah (Sally) BARRETT. Cecelia died 1917 in Towns County, Georgia, at 82 years of age. Her body was interred in Burch Cemetery, Hiawassee, Georgia.

William (fishing Bill) BARRETT and Cecelia ARROWOOD had the following children:
